Newport News Police Department incident report, Nov. 13

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents Nov. 13:

Michael S. Johnston, 32, was arrested on a charge of pick pocketing at 7:55 a.m. on 26th Street.

Jonathan Kolodzinski, 30, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence at 2:50 a.m. on 26th Street.

Larard L. Goggins, 23, was arrested on charges of pick pocketing and credit card larceny at 3:12 p.m. on 26th Street.

Francis A. Masika, 36, was arrested on a charge of larceny of value not in excess of $200 at 8:54 p.m. on 26th Street.

Andrew L. Lawson, 48, was arrested on a charge of criminal damage to property of value not in excess of $1,000 at 8:56 p.m. on Chestnut Avenue.
