The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents Nov. 10:

Sylvia I. Barbour, 54, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 12:53 a.m. on Waterfront Circle.

Joshua N. Shepherdson, 23, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 1:34 a.m. on Mercury Boulevard.

Trudale D. Terry, 22, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 2:18 a.m. on Chestnut Avenue.

Colin Q. Chappell, 44, was arrested on charges of alcohol safety program violations at 2:50 a.m. on Roanoke Avenue.

Stephen W. Settle, 34, was arrested on charges of felony violation of probation at 2:58 a.m. on 26th Street.

Brandon R. Lee, 25, was arrested on charges of drinking in public at 3:57 a.m. on Windsor Castle Drive.

Sarah Konecny, 25, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence at 4:51 a.m. on 26th Street.

Kenith L. Booker, 55, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 5:32 a.m. on Roam Court.

Anthony D. Stewart, 26, was arrested on charges of failure to appear in court for a misdemeanor offense at 9 a.m. on Tarrytown Court.

Barrett L. Black, 50, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 12:28 p.m. on Lacon Drive.

Akieem T. Gray, 23, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing at 6:21 p.m. on Newmarket Drive.

Cesar V. Garcia, 22, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 10:04 p.m. on Eclipse Court.
