Kwanzaa program to be held at West Avenue Library

A Kwanzaa program will be held at the West Avenue Library on Friday, Dec. 14.

Storyteller Felix Simmons will provide information on the history and significance of the celebration of this event.

The all-ages program will run from 4-5 p.m. at 2907 West Ave., Newport News. This program will also take place from 3-4 p.m. at Main Street Library on Saturday, Dec. 15.

The event is free. Registration is not required.
