Military Recognition Luncheon scheduled Nov. 13
The Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce has scheduled the Military Recognition Luncheon for Tuesday, Nov. 13.
According to the organization, "This is an event to honor local military personnel, for their outstanding contribution to the greater good of the Peninsula."
The event will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Catering Company at Point Plaza Suites, 950 J. Clyde Morris Blvd., Newport News.
Advance registration is required. Admission is $35.
The Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce serves the cities of Newport News, Hampton and Poquoson, as well as James City and York counties. Its mission is to advocate and support the economic and business interests of the Virginia Peninsula and the region. The chamber is governed by a board of directors, of which Mark Hanna serves as the chairman of the board's executive committee.
