Newport News Police Department incident report, Nov. 7

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Nov. 7:

Roberto Turrubiates, 23, was arrested on charges of failure to appear in court for a misdemeanor offense on 25th Street at 10:44 a.m.

Landon B. Foster, 43, was arrested on charges of domestic assault on J Clyde Morris Boulevard at 11:44 a.m.

Candace N. Sykes, 25, was arrested on charges of child abuse on Washington Avenue at 11:46 a.m.

Kevin D. Medley, 18, was arrested on charges of robbery on 26th Street at 12:44 p.m.

Dana D. Fenell, 32, was arrested on charges of domestic assault on Sedgefield Drive at 1:08 p.m.
