Newport News Police Department incident report, Nov. 4

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents Nov. 4.

Gary J. Allmond, 41, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 12:43 a.m. on 23rd Street.

Christopher L. Miller, 24, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 2:08 a.m. on Nantucket Place.

Christopher R. Dudney, 23, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 2:12 a.m. on Nantucket Place.

Brian J. Long, 26, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence at 3:44 a.m. on J. Clyde Morris Boulevard.

Robert Kelly, 43, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 8:31 a.m. on Roanoke Avenue.
