Stratford University Newport News campus to open Nov. 15
A ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of Stratford University's Newport News campus will be held Nov. 15.
A reception will follow with hors d’oeuvres prepared by the School of Culinary Arts. Registration is required.
The event will run from 8:30-11:30 a.m.
