Professional Diagnostics and Repairs Inc. recently upgraded its Computerized Diagnostic Equipment and with the addition of diagnostic printouts, the automobile repair company can now better help the customer understand what is happening with their vehicle’s onboard computer while it is operating.  

The customer will now see what is stored in their onboard computer through the “direct from the scan tool” printouts from Professional Diagnostics and Repairs’ diagnostic equipment. The computerized equipment prints screenshots illustrating specific failures directly from the stream of live data generated by the computer while the vehicle is operated.

“Automobile technology is constantly advancing; it is absolutely essential that our repair facility uses the latest tools and equipment to provide the customer with the best service possible,” said owner Mike Leech of Professional Diagnostics and Repair Inc.

During every maintenance or diagnostic service each customer will also receive a free diagnostic check of the battery, the alternator and the starter motor with a printout.
