Inspector, Navy program group leader list in Newport News
William Curtis Braddy and David Lee Ramthun have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 627 Temple Lane in Newport News for $129,900.
Braddy and Ramthun paid $50,000 for the property in April 2011. The 1,065-square-foot home was built in 1940 in Jefferson Park. Kathleen Taylor of Benham Real Estate Group is the agent for the listing.
Braddy has served as a non-destructive testing level 2 inspector in the marine service division of Oceaneering International Inc., a global oilfield provider of engineered services and products primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry.
Ramthun has served as a TFP group leader for the Surface Maintenance Engineering Planning Program of the U.S. Navy.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,467 home sales in Newport News during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $145,000.
