Newport News arrests, Nov. 13

The Newport News Police Department and Sheriff's Office reported the following incidents on Nov. 13.

Michael S. Johnston, 32, was arrested on charges of pick pocketing at 7:55 a.m. 26th Street.

Seigfried H. Obney, 59, was arrested on charges of larceny at 8 p.m. 26T.

Jonathan Kolodzinski, 30, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence at 2:50 a.m. 26th Street.

Crystal D. Prescott, 31, was arrested on charges of malicious wounding, accident: driver not rpt, with death at 4:23 a.m. Adams Drive.

Larard L. Goggins, 23, was arrested on charges of pick pocketing and credit card larceny at 3:12 p.m. 26th Street.

Francis A. Masika, 36, was arrested on charges of larceny of value not in excess of $200 at 8:54 p.m. 26th Street.

Andrew L. Lawson, 48, was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property of value not in excess of $1000 at 8:56 p.m. Chestnut Avenue.

Duane E. Jackson, 43, was arrested on charges of Remove at 10 p.m. 26th Street.

Aaron L. Martin, 23, was arrested on charges of Remove at 10:44 p.m. 26th Street.
