Newport News arrests, Nov. 8

The Newport News Police Department and Sheriff's Office reported the following incidents on Nov. 8.

Robert A. Glover, 23, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence at 12:18 a.m. 26th Street.

Kelly A. Sweat, 42, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence at 3:04 a.m. J Clyde Morris Boulevard.

Dmarrcus S. Lloyd, 28, was arrested on charges of possession or use of drugs at 12:06 p.m. 26th Street.
