Newport News arrests, Nov. 7

The Newport News Police Department and Sheriff's Office reported the following incidents on Nov. 7.

Jamal M. Henry, 30, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 8:57 p.m. 26th Street.

Roberto Turrubiates, 23, was arrested on charges of failure to appear in court for a misdemeanor offense at 10:44 a.m. 25th Street.

Landon B. Foster, 43, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 11:44 a.m. J Clyde Morris Boulevard.

Candace N. Sykes, 25, was arrested on charges of child abuse at 11:46 a.m. Washington Avenue.

Kevin D. Medley, 18, was arrested on charges of robbery at 12:44 p.m. 26th Street.

Dana D. Fennell, 32, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 1:08 p.m. Sedgefield Drive.

Francessa I. McMillian, 23, was arrested on charges of failure to appear in court for a misdemeanor offense at 1:30 p.m. Jefferson Avenue.

Curtis L. Rucker, 41, was arrested on charges of possession or use of drugs at 10:58 p.m. J.Clyde Morris Boulevard.
