Newport News arrests, Nov. 6

The Newport News Police Department and Sheriff's Office reported the following incidents on Nov. 6.

Brian D. Wilkes, 34, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 12:13 a.m. 26th Street.

Javon M. Bennett, 22, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing at 12:23 a.m. 26th Street.

David L. Howard, 50, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 12:52 a.m. Bulkeley Place.

Kayla E. Hall, 24, was arrested on charges of Remove at 1:44 a.m. 26ths Street.

Bryan T. Anthony, 28, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs with intent to sell at 2:36 a.m. Jefferson Avenue.

Lorenzo Gilliam, 21, was arrested on charges of felony violation of probation at noon 26th Street.

Pamela D. Williams, 50, was arrested on charges of Remove at 1:15 p.m. 26th Street.

Oneiko A. Benson, 38, was arrested on charges of Remove at 1:40 p.m. 26th Street.

Demetrius D. Askew, 31, was arrested on charges of fleeing or eluding an enforcement officer at 3:45 p.m. Halyard Drive.

Anna E. Rivera, 77, was arrested on charges of violating an emergency protection order at 4:31 p.m. 26th Street.

Patrocinio Labrada-Acosta, 48, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and unlawful wiretapping at 5:21 p.m. Deshazor Drive.

Terry L. Blackwell, 31, was arrested on charges of damaging a permanent object in a cemetery and criminal trespassing at 7:24 p.m. Briarfield Road.

Kevin T. Williams, 42, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence at 7:35 p.m. Jefferson Avenue.

Santiago D. Guzman, 26, was arrested on charges of out-of-state fugitive at 7:53 p.m. Shadwell Court.
